All Category Pages – Bottom Only – $1,000 a month (Introductory Special Price – $100)

Single Category Page – Bottom Only – $100 a month (Introductory Special Price – $10)

Content Middle – 728 X 90 – Various locations inside the content, see chart below. Single page only, and does not include Category pages.
